1. Order Cancellation

After Shipment: Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may request a return after receiving the item (refer to our Return Policy).
Adora Home reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, such as stock unavailability or fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be processed.

2. Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Items that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling will not be eligible for a return.

Refund Processing:

3. Non-Refundable Items

Customized or personalized products.
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."
Products that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
